In the living room was a blanket with Ghostie themed tables cloths and helium balloons. On the kist was a Butternut Jack´O´Lantern and witches hats for the mothers.
We had spooky cupcakes and red drinks.
The best bit was the baby costumes. Aiden had an adorable tigger hoodsie.
One by one the other babies came around. We had a pumpkin princess, a bat and a spider. They were all very cute.
The kids played with the table clothes and balloons while the adults had red champs with cranberry juice, plus cupcakes. Dani came around near the end of the party. Together we went to meet Stacey and go to an artist signing at Forbidden Planet. In past years I had seen photos that Dani had taken on Halloween. The staff were always dressed up in amazing and crazy outfits. It looked like a really fun place to be on Halloween. But this year everyone was wearing their FP shirts and no costumes. I was kinda looking forward to it and felt let down. We had fish and chips at Karen,then back to Bethnal Green to prepare for the night.
All of us girls were getting ready together, having some drinks and listening to music.
The party we were going to was on a boat docked by Canary Wharf. It was a Hallow´s eve birthday party with the theme of Ghost ship. I didn´t just want to be a ghost pirate. So instead I dressed as the ghost of pirate radio. With a pumpkin handbag.
We all wore white face paint and most of us were covered in fake blood.
We stayed at home drinking for a long time. Finally we set out for this party. Getting to the docks proved more difficult then any of us had anticipated. It took two confusing buses to get there, where we were met by one of the hosts and led down the wharf. It was also smaller than we had anticipated. A very small crowd stood in the belly of the boat, strung with colourful skulls. The birthday girl was presented with a treasure chest pinata and a crowbar with which to smash it.
The people were nice, but we didn´t stay too long.
We got tired of being there, so on we went to the next party. We hopped the bus with other people who were fleeing the party. There on the second level of the bus we had loud and enjoyable times. The driver turned every corner at full speed, sending us all flying in different directions.
The next party was a huge mix of DJs, dance floors and insane costumes. We danced all night and before we knew it, 5 oclock was upon us. We slowly made our way home.
