Sunday 2-11 - Vicar 2

Being the first Sunday of the month, this Sunday was the second occurring of More Tea Vicar?, the free music and market event put on at the Bedford. This month Dani had made Halloween themed cupcakes. The vanilla, mint and chocolate icing cupcakes were decorated with marshmallow ghosts and candy bones. They all looked amazing.

This time we were far more prepared and there was no rain to make our lives difficult. Plus the girls, Felicity and Maria were coming with us to help carry and show support. We packed the cakes into Dani's new plastic boxes and set off the four of us. Down the tube line we went.

The room was the same room as last time but with more chairs and some couches. Dani set up in the same place as last time.

Chocolate, Vanilla, Mint

There were far less musical acts than before. The same host, a young guy with a guitar and the same 13 year old girl. There were also far less people. A few pairs, along with a giant table of the girl's family. They always buy lots of cupcakes. The lack of people meant we didn't sell as many cupcakes as the previous month. It was a bit frustrating. We ended up taking a third of the cupcakes home with us. But oh well.

It was still a nice time.

Dinner was sweet corn and veggie bangers mixed with parmesan and balsamic. It was good.
